Koh Phi Phi national park

Day 69
Koh Phi Phi

The morning was not very clear and due to the low tide, was not possible to leave before 9:30.

It did not scare us though :-) Somehow, close to our bungalow, Luciano and Juli found abandoned (or may be it was not abandoned :-)) fridge box. It was not new and a bit wasted, but perfect for us! :-D Changs, Bacardi breezers, coke, water and ice was bought for our today's trip!

Since we had to wait until 9.30, we have decided to have breakfast and found a place with breakfast buffet for 150 baht per person (around 3€). Well, besides eating breakfast we made couple of sandwiches for the way too...and we took some fruits too...and some vegetables too...Luckly for the restaurant we did not have anything to take coffee away too hahaha

OK, back to the boat and ready to go!!

and of couse, no trip without a Chang!

First stop - Bamboo Island.

Beautiful white sand and good snorkeling!

Our boat and Am.

And me :-D

Next stop: Mosquito Island - even better snorkleing, coral full of fish - really gorgeous!

And our underwater camera box to take the best pictures :-D

Luciano!

Juli!!

Fish! :-D

.

Nest stop - Loh Dalum Bay, another nice beach, but not the same as Bamboo island...just a short stop!

Monkey Beach - in the morning there are many monkeys here waiting for food from tourists. Unfortuantely we arrived mid day, so there were no monkeys and lots of tourists instead :-D

Other bay on the way - the best place for snorkeling from all that we have seen! Beautiful bay surrounded by rocks and full of colourful fish!

And a monkey on the rocks waiting for food :-D

Next stop was the most touristic beach in Koh Phi Phi - Maya bay. The one from Leonardo di Caprio movie - "The beach". Unfortunately the weather was chaning and we got to the beach in the rain.

The place was still beautiful, but really full of tourists and boats (believe me these fotos was really hard to get - with no people on the background haha)

The guys started to play with a ball on the beach and were making so much noise that finally were sent off the beach by local police haha (not mentioning the fact, that the entrance for the Maya bay, is not free - you need to pay 200 baht per person, which we obviously did not pay :-D

.

The trip was finished, we got home and later this evening tried some buckets in one of the beach clubs - Apache bar.
