Mui Ne Sand Dunes and more

Day 99
Mui Ne

At 13:00 we came to the agency office and were waiting for the jeep to pick us up for today's trip.

the itinerary of today was the following:

- Fairy Streem
- Fisherman village
- White sand dunes
- Red canyon
- Yellow sand dunes and the sunset

Jeep was here and we started the trip.

Fist stop - Fairy streem, something like a stream between Red dunes. Hard to explain but looks beautiful. Before going into the water, we saw an old lady who told us to leave our flip flops at the entrance. After finishing the tour, this old lady (as usual in Vietnam) was asking for money, for her service - looking after our shoes haha yeah, right!

Red sand dunes in the middle of nowhere...

Before starting this walk, a little boy joined us and started to explain us things and show us the way etc...after we finish the walk, Juli gave him 1 euro, but they boy said it is not enough and he can not eat for these money...Like everywhere in Vietnam, everybody try to scam or cheat you whenever they can, but of course it is your choice to follow the scam or not :DD

Next stop - fisherman village and beautiful view (but not that beautiful smell :-D

Next stop - white sand dunes...just besides the beautiful lake.

At arrival, some kids were offering this plastic boards, to slide on a sand. Guys thought it was a good idea and took some (for 1 euro both boards). After arrival to the dunes, they realized, that the boards don't slide, AT ALL....another small scam haha

:-D

Before boarding the jeep again, a cold drink in a shade was what we needed :-D

Red canyon did not impress us a lot...

and finally, sunset and yellow dunes...

Back to our favourite place for some dinner and Saigon beer!!
