Day 59
Bangkok
Today we are going to do some shopping around Bangkok. The day was pretty hot, even dogs were trying to cool down with the fan :-D
First stop Chatuchak Weekend Market. Huge outside market had plenty of stuff, but somehow we did not find anything of our interest. The clothes were cheap but low quality, and better quality ones were not so cheap anymore. Nothing special, basically we just lost 3 hours of our time and got almost nothing.
But they had a good ice cream :-D
Next stop - Siam Center - expensive shopping mall, with international brands and prices pretty similar to european ones. At least it had air con! :-D
On top of the Siam Paragon center, we discovered a nice terrace with fountains, decorated especially for the Christmas celebration...yeah, at 35 degrees outside :-D
Next stop Patrunam Center, cheap clothers and air con - this is what we needed! :-D
El último mercado era muy interesante, y con cosas bastante baratas, y con ropa interior Calvin Klein por todas partes. ¿Será falsa? Se llama Patrunam Center, y, realmente, es de visita obligada. En la puerta nos compramos unas gafas de sol especiales para NocheVieja, ya llegarán las fotos :DD
