Arrival to Yangshuo

Guilin – Yangshuo

We were on the night train to Guilin from Kunming, when I wrote to Gisele (our friend from Guangzhou) that we will be in Yangshuo this weekend. She said that she will come there too to spend weekend with us, since she is sick of raining Guangzhou haha

We arrived to Guilin in the morning, took a bus to a bus station (which appeared to be just a bus stop in the middle of the town) and took a bus to Yangshuo.

Around 3pm we arrived to Yangshuo, met Gisele, left bags in Gisele’s friend bar and went to check out the hostels. After one hour going around the town seeking for the hostel (with a western toilet, wi-fi, one big bed and two single beds, window etc) we finally chose one which was right across the street from the bar, where guys were waiting for us :DDD

It was a nice hotel, with restaurant at the first two floors, double room coasted 70 Yuan (around 8 euro).

Yangshuo is a small town, on the Li river and surrounded by mountains. When we arrived we felt like we are in Halong Bay, but on the ground :DD

Later same day we went to the river front to have a beer...

and later on the way back, we did some shopping.....here is Tommy with his new glasses, Cobra style...:D

There are many bars and discos on the main street, together with lots of suvenir and shopping stalls...and finally we decided to do something together :DD
