Rabbit Island (Kep)

Today we are going to Rabbit island.


Famous place to relax and do nothing at Cambodian cost :-D


The beach was nice, but there was no any snorkling around and when we decided to go to the summit, it turned up to be too hard and we came back haha


In the end, me, Juli and Luciano have decided to walk a bit around the island and Gaili stayed on the beach.




The trip has started in a fun way, we thought we just walk a bit and will go around the island and come back to our beach in 1 hour or so. The island seemed small...


But it was not small and since Luciano had no flip flops, we picked up some of the lost ones at one of small beaches we were passing by...


Walking and walking for couple of hours, we saw a sea weed farm.





Then more walking...we were expecting to get to our beach long ago, but still we did not reach it. And we did not know for how long we have to walk...getting tired and with no water it wasn't funny anymore. At some point, Luciano has decided that he better swim to our beach, and continued walking. Soon we saw a local house, and the guy from the house has showed us a shortcut to our beach...FINALLY!!! When we got to Gaili, Luciano still was not there. Later he came and said that it was a terrible swim, between the rocks and really dangerous. He scratched his chest with the rocks, but happily nothing serious has happened.

The day was finished and we are going back to Kep...
